ABOUT US
We are engaged in heat treatment of steel wires by induction heating. The wire processed in this way obtains a high strength of up to 2,000 MPa and is suitable for the production of springs in the so-called cold forming process. The wire is widely used in the manufacture of industrial springs – including suspension springs for motorcycles and cars.
We have fully automatic production lines, but employees are essential to set up and control them. We have been operating in the Triangle industrial zone near Žatec since 2014, when we started production only for the morning shift with a few employees. We now have over 40 employees. We will maintain a family and friendly atmosphere and an individual approach to each employee.
We work closely with our customers to provide them with exactly what they need. Timely delivery of high-quality wire is our standard.
We have following certificates – ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certificate, and ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system certificate.
